Naked & Social was co-founded by Anja Eckervogt and Joanna O'Meally.
Jo is an award winning Social Media Executive with reams of experience creating strategies and producing content for digital platforms. Working in London for Channel 4 (Multi Platform Commissioning Editor, Hugh's Fish Fight, Big Brother) and at the BBC (Strictly Come Dancing, The One Show). Jo implemented high profile multi-media campaigns for television programmes and their subsequent websites and social channels. With a highly regarded 'Social Media for B2B and B2C' qualification, she takes her wide range of communication, social media and marketing skills and applies them to brands, individuals and businesses.
Anja has over ten years’ experience in media and communications. She has worked as a Media Relations Manager for the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) where she promoted a positive perception of the importance of Travel & Tourism through online and offline communications activities, including Social Media. At WTTC, Anja also managed media partner relationships with global brands including BBC, CNBC, FT and USA Today. She also managed the Tourism for Tomorrow Awards, known as the gold standard of recognition in sustainable tourism. After that, Anja worked as a freelancer with Tarsh Consulting on numerous assignments. Anja’s passion is anything related to CSR, sustainability, tourism and events.
